Guest at Studio location #2. 112 Kerry Hill Cres, Dunrobin.
I started taking pottery classes on weekends and got hooked. After retirement, I was able to focus more on pottery at a public pottery studio. However, moving to a rural setting allowed me to set up my own pottery studio.
I have always been fascinated by the process of making pots, created either on the wheel or building by hand with slabs of clay. I find the texture and structure of natural forms inspiring which I try to incorporate into my work. It is a lifelong learning process, while exploring and enjoying the creativity of playing in the mud.
