I have been a happy oil-painter for more than 30 years and have had successful shows in Canada, Denmark, Australia and the USA. 12 years ago, I had the idea to transfer some of my flower paintings to textiles (silk, linen and cotton). This has happened in India where I lived for a while and had friends who helped me to contact the right people. It has snowballed quite a bit and has been very exciting – and quite successful too. I have had so much enjoyment and fun doing it all. I’m such a lucky person.
