Nicholas Wojtas is a Multiple Award Winning Photographic Artist based in Woodlawn, Ontario. He studied at School of the Photographic Arts: Ottawa (SPAO). It is Wojtas’ greatest challenge, passion and dream to capture a variety of emotions using the landscape as a means of expressing himself. These emotions can embody happiness, sadness, triumph, tranquility, and sensitivity in the different stages of one’s life. These photographs are not only spaces of the land and water but self-imagery of his soul, identity and everything he feels. His works are represented in Canadian Embassies internationally and in various Ontario collections. It is his aim that in the creation of his Artwork, he can give people a sense of hope, voice and belonging to those who feel they have none, who have struggled with hardship as he has and by doing so, making this World a much better place.
